Return Policy

At The Original Dog Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Please note that shampoo and conditioner products are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item:

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your product, please follow the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
